Recently, we re-formulated our Real Purity Fragrance-Free Moisturizing Conditioner to provide our customers with a better-performing product that still meets all of today’s highest standards for natural bath & body care. That means that not only does the formula still gently cleanse and moisturize hair - it also contains extracts and essential oils that are still organic, as well as many other ingredients that add to its performance.
Understanding what ingredients we included in this formula and why, however, can be a daunting task – so we’re here to walk you through the most influential and least recognizable ones on the list.

INGREDIENT HIGHLIGHTS
Glycerin acts as a humectant in this formula, drawing moisture to the hair shaft to improve softness, smoothness and shine.
Behentrimonium Methosulfate (rated a 1 at EWG.org; derived from salt) is a conditioning agent that increases the ease of combing, while reducing persistent tangles.
The Organic Botanical Extract Blend (including Green Tea, Pomegranate, Blackberry, Green Coffee, Cranberry, Grape, Bearberry, Acai, Goji, Noni, Raspberry, and Kale) provides antioxidant & nourishing benefits to the hair & scalp.
Natural Oils (including Jojoba Oil, Olive Oil, Argan Oil, Sesame Oil, and Daikon Radish Extract) all moisturize the hair.
Cetearyl Alcohol (rated a 1 at EWG.org) is an emulsion stabilizer, which improves the shelf life and performance of the product.
Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride (rated a 0 on EWG.org; derived from Guar Gum) thickens hair without leaving any residue behind.
Butylene Glycol (rated a 0 at EWG.org) is an organic alcohol that conditions hair.
Xylityl Sesquicaprylate is a sugar-derived, natural preservative that protects the integrity of these beneficial ingredients without the use of parabens or formaldehyde releasers.
