I am a new customer and I recently bought 2 lipsticks to try out Real Purity. One is Rose and the other is Pink Parfait. These two lipsticks were covered with many water droplets when I opened them. I never had this experience with other brands. I am concerned about the equality of the lipsticks. Then the Customer Service requested to have a picture. I told her that the water droplets disappeared due to the dry weather here in Arizona. I didn't receive any explanation but "Awesome". It is like the water droplets disappeared and it should be fine. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience. Why are there so many water droplets? How would you feel if you were me.Hi Jennifer, we're sorry that you had a negative experience.
