Icy Rose Eye Shadow

I have used the Icy Rose Eye Shadow for years, not as an eye shadow, but for an all over finishing fluff of healthy color, I love it, it just finishes off my foundation and is very natural looking... try it, you will love it too!!!

I purchased the Icy Rose and Navy eye shadows samples. The Icy Rose has a soft and delicate sheen to it when applied all over the eye area. You can pack more eye shadow to your brush to bump the color up a bit on the lid. There was some fallout that had to be wiped away, but that's okay because I do my eyes first before applying the rest of my makeup. I used the Navy eye shadow as an eyeliner; I will try it in the crease at a later date. Also, I used an eye primer after reading some of the other reviews about creasing.

The sample I got did not have much color to it at all when I applied it.

The Ice Rose Eye Shadow really needs to be called something else... its an all over blush. I use it year round as a blush but especially in the winter. My skin turns so pale it needs some life. I take my large blush brush and lightly whisk it all over my face, it adds such a nice soft warm glow... better than any blush I have ever found... its wonderful!!!

I have a problem with my eyelids and this even breaks them out. I decided to try it on my cheeks as blush. Works great!
