Chocolate Eye Shadow

Love the emerald and olive greens, wonderful colors. Unfortunately both seem to cause eye irritation- itching, redness, etc. Using chocolate only now and no issues.Chocolate is also a great color- a kind of taupe brown.Makes a good eyebrow filler also. Would give chocolate five stars!

Having never purchased RP eye shadows before, I wound up just getting a sample while I tried some other products. I got the eyeshadow in "Chocolate" on a whim. I really didn't think I'd care for it. However, was I dead wrong. It is GORGEOUS. It is a slightly shimmery (barely noticeable, but enough to keep it from being flat & matte) cool brownish color, with slight gray undertones. If you apply with a heavy hand, it comes out a beautiful, "going out" dark shade. However, just take a sponge and brush over it to make it lighter if you wish. It's very adjustable. I normally gravitate to taupes and grays. Most brown eye shadowns are too warm for my skin tone. This, however, is a cool brown and is absolutely one of the prettiest shades I've ever worn. The downer is that it is WAY too expensive. I want it, but have to really struggle on whether I want to spend the money with shipping on just one single eye shadow. :-(

These are so light and fabulous, you will never go back to the store bought eye shadows, which feels like sandpaper in comparison. I love the chocolate and icy rose together. mix the vanilla and white shimmer for the perfect highlight color.

Very nice, natural colors. I feel good about using these colors because they have only the necessary ingredients. I feel like they are healthier for my skin. This eye shadow will last a LONG time and is well worth the price! Goes on great and lasts a long time.
