Lipstick (Espresso) Sample Size

I ordered a sample of several different shades. I love the brown tones. Espresso is a striking color that leaves me feeling a bit sassy. I love that it is all natural. It has a small amount of shimmer to it so I don't need a gloss.

Well, I was really surprised at how little of a "shaving" of lipstick I received. The jar it came in was ridiculous for the sample. It was free so I thank you for it. I was able to try each sample once. The colors were much darker then pictured. I couldn't get the container open! but I tried the other lipstick sample and it made my lips dry. Can't wear these lipsticks, tho I can't wear hardly any lipsticks so they might be fine for most people. I do like the color. The glosses, however, don't dry my lips out, which is a miracle, so I'm going for those.
