• Start with Navy, applying softly along the lash line and slightly upward on the lid with the blending brush, then follow with Misty Blue along the crease with the blending brush. Finish with White Shimmer to accent the area just below the brow bone, using our precision brush
• Make sure to blend your lines between each shade gently with the blending brush

Step 1: Apply Navy eyeshadow softly along the lash line and slightly upward on the lid with the blending brush
