Lipstick (Rose) Sample Size

Be sure to try the color samples, they are small but enough to tell if the color is right for you. For instance, Rose turned out to be a cross between pink and coral which doesn't work for my cool skin tones.

I know this was a sample of lipstick,but I wasn't expecting a little hack of a sample. It looked like someone just sliced of a little sliver. Besides that I think the lipstick itself was okay. It did feel dry though when it was applied and seemed to wear off rather quickly.

I only got the sample sizes so far (so I can't comment on the packaging), but I intend to purchase 3 of the 13 colors I tried. I love the feel and look of the cream lipsticks. The colors I found to flatter me the most were Lavender Rose, Rose, and Pink Parfait. They have no fragrance and simple, natural ingredients while also having vibrant, beautiful and buildable pigmentation. Rose, when blotted down, goes from a bright coral-like Summer color to a matte rose perfect for Fall. These lipsticks are fabulous and free of all nasties you really don't want on your lips. The only reason I deducted a star is because I didn't care for the shimmer formula lipsticks at all, but that might just be my personal preference (though I have used shimmery lipsticks by other brands that I liked). I found the shimmers to highlight the lines in my lips more than I cared for and it seemed aging to me. The shimmer-free colors are seriously amazing, though!

I got my lipstick sample in Rose which is a beautiful shade although it does not suit my tanned skin right now. The sample was really tiny but I was impress with the intensity of the color. You really dont need much. It also stays on your lips quite a while which is rare with natural lipsticks. It was slightly drying but its not a big deal. For the price great performance.

After years of trying a multitude of lipsticks I finally found a brand that doesn't make my lips break out into a painful mess! Very happy indeed. The colours I've tried so far are amazing. I just purchased a full size Regal red and Rose. I love both. A few of the colours I tried in samples and also loved include Wine, grape sherbet and red clover (I hope I got those names right).
