Please understand that during special promotions like Black Friday and Cyber Monday, you may experience longer than normal shipping times, this is due to the heavy load placed on USPS/UPS. You can be assured that we will ship as quickly as we can and in the order that the customer order was placed. It may be beneficial for you to pay for extra shipping or insurance during these times to ensure that your products arrive on time.
Most of our items are in stock and will ship, quickly. Orders for in-stock items placed before 5pm EST Monday thru Friday, excluding Federal holidays, will ship:
Free/Economy Shipping - will arrive within 8 business days, arriving the 9th business day after the order was placed.
First Class - will arrive within 5 to 7 business days after the order was placed.
UPS/Priority Mail - will arrive within 3 to 4 business days after the order was placed.
Express Mail - will arrive within 1 to 2 business days after the order was placed.
Free shipping promotions, unless otherwise specifically specificed, are only valid in the United States. We wish we could ship free everywhere, but outside the US is just too expensive at the current time. For our item-based free shipping, your cart must contain only items that ship for free. A mixture of free shipping items and non-free shipping items would not receive the promotion, however it would qualify for our free shipping promotion if the order subtotal is greater than $50. Multiple orders to the same physical address, will be combined into one box, if you would like to have multiple packages, please specify on the order, or call our office prior to shipping. Please note: In order for your $50 order to qualify for free shipping, the subtotal must still be over $50 after applying any promotional code.
US & Canada Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping & Handling Charges will be determined by State/Province and package weight. Real Purity NEVER adds any extra shipping cost. The cost is based on ship location and package weight, we have established API links from USPS and UPS, so the amount you see is coming right out of their system.
Canadian Orders: Real Purity is not responsible for orders that are lost or rejected at customs, additionally Real Purity is not responsible for any additional customs fees that may be applied to your order Real Purity, has no way of knowing what addtional fees may be applied by your countries customs.
International Shipping & Handling Charges Details
We offer three Global Shipping Options by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Customers are responsible for any applicable duties or tariffs.
United States Postal Service (USPS) - Ships Monday thru Friday. The below shipping speeds represent the average International Transit Times, actual shipping speeds will vary depending on destination. The below times do NOT include order processing time, which generally are 1-3 business days.
1. First Class Mail International - (4 to 30 days) - This method is NOT trackable in the USPS site
2. Priority Mail International + Insurance - (6 to 10 days)
3. Express Mail International + Insurance - (3 to 7 days) - Express Mail International is a reliable, high-speed mail service to over 190 countries. If you have a delivery deadline please let us know. Type the due date in our special instructions box during checkout and specify the type of "delivery you would like. Our system defaults to Option # 1 "above", so there will be an additional charge" additional amount on your credit card. We will also email you if delivery by this time is not possible.
International Orders: Real Purity® is not responsible for orders that are lost or rejected at customs. Additionally Real Purity is not responsible for any additional customs fees that may be applied to your order, Real Purity has no way of knowing what addtional fees may be applied by your countries customs. Due to high rate of "lost" International Orders, we highly recommend that you choose an insured option for your order.
Lost or Damaged Orders - Domestic Orders Only
First Class and Priority Mail Shipments can be traced from ship date to delivery date. If you need confirmation of delivery of package not received, we can forward that information to you so you can inquire at your local post office. If you want postage insurance on your package, it must be requested at time of order, this will be an additional charge of up to $3.00 per $100.00.
First Class and Priority Shipments: If 30 business days have transpired since the order was shipped, Real Purity will attempt to verify that the order has been returned, and may reship the package, additional shipping fees may incur depending on the situation.
If a service was requested at time of order: If a delivery confirmation number, insurance or any other service requested for your order was given, this information will be important to make your claim. We will immediately track your package thru the USPS or UPS websites. That information can be immediatley forwarded to your through email or by phone.
If your order was confirmed delivered and you still claim it was not, than you must inform USPS immediately after getting the delivery confirmation number or other tracking number from us. Customers must be responsible for the packages safety once delivered. Real Purity is NOT responsible for theft. We suggest that to be safe, you email us regarding signature confirmation, 2nd day air, delivery confirmation and other services that may assist your package arriving safely at time of order.
In the event of an emergency, Real Purity can ship and bill duplicate order prior to the tracing process. Credit is applied for the original order when it is returned to the Real Purity home office.
We ship daily (Monday-Friday) USPS & UPS, neither Real Purity nor any shipping carrier it uses is is responsible for any delays in order delivery caused by circumstances beyond their control, including interuptions or delays due to war, terrorist acts or natural disasters.
Customers should purchase insurance for their package, if they feel there is any possibility of damage by USPS or UPS.
