Having LOVED the sample of this lipstick color, I ordered two full size lipsticks.

They are both PINK and not Bronze like the samle and website description, and are both dried out, so much so you can't apply it to skin, let alone your lips.

I have photos of this color difference, however, this website will not allow photos.

I have called numerous times during their "open hours" and no one answers.

I have emailed very nicely numerous times and no reply.

I submitted a review here but they did not publish it.

Will not recommend the product nor this company.

Dear Real Purity-

The Golden Bronze full size lipstick in my order #151183 dated July 2 2023, is not the same as the sample I ordered on June 11, Order SHO150593.
The full size lipstick is dry and difficult to apply to my lips, and the color has pink in it, so it is different than the sample you sent which I LOVE.
There is no batch code or date on the full size lipstick or its package.
I ordered two full size lipsticks this color.

I call customer service, but no one answers the phone or if I leave a message, never hear back, same issue with emailing you.

Kindly do the following:
1. Resend a freshly made Golden Bronze lipstick to my mailing address.
2. Email me the best way to contact your team that will yield a response.
3. Add my sample order June 11, Order SHO150593 to my online profile of orders placed with you.

I purchased about 6 lipstick samples and LOVE the Real Purity lipsticks, my first time trying them out!

The go on creamy, my lips feel amazing and full, the color is strong but also comes off easily with a tissue, so no staining the lips or lip area like other full color lipsticks.
The lipstick also stayed on with a full cup of matcha tea !

The lipstick does not go into the upper lip lines, or track anywhere even after the matcha tea and talking!

In LOVE and will order full size of the product, this shade is so nice with my skin and eye color!

I am over 60 and going strong!

So happy and relieved to now have natural skin care products on my skin.

Had to update my prior bad review. Now that I have worn the lipstick out & about, I can see and appreciate the color. It's a bronzy peach. I wish it were a little more cinnamony/burnt orange but it's very nice! Still a bit more dry than I would like, but nice shade after all.

This lipstick was dry and the color was barely there. I did not see gold or bronze tones, just barely there taupe. I was so looking forward to this lipstick, but it definitely didn't work for me.
