I live in New England, so I want to write another review when it matters. Right now the weather is cold, but the true test is when it gets hot.
So to clarify some reviews. I have tried several “natural” deodorants. Here’s how this one compares.
One reviewer said it’s dry going on. Yes it is, but not as bad as some. Like with any natural deodorant, sometimes you have to let it melt on a bit, then spread it around. Any “natural” deodorant that I’ve tried that has gone on smoother has had some questionable ingredients added. I have tried worse as some will literally scrape you. This deodorant does not.
The scent is pleasant and mild. Exactly what I would expect from a true natural deodorant. If the scent is strong in a deodorant, I would question the ingredients. Natural oils aren’t strong and fade over time. Fragrance will last years... and who knows why or what’s in it.
So far in the cold weather, it has done a good job of keeping the body odor at bay. I do work out. Like I said, I want to update my review in The summer months. That’s when I can really tell if it’s doing what a deodorant should, but so far so good!
This has a nice sage lemony scent and seems to work well but is very dry and dies not glide onto skin- in fact it's painful to put on because it seems to scrape over the skin. Hopefully the formula can be made more creamy/moist for better application- if so I would try it again!
A friend told me I must try these new stick deodorants. She was right. They work perfectly and the smell is subtle. I hate overpowering scents and this is the perfect mix. Im hooked!
